Farrah Fawcett

Farrah Fawcett is an American model and actress best known for playing the role of the 'The Apostle'. She was nominated six times in the Golden Globe Award and four times for the Emmy Award. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, she began her career appearing in commercials. She also starred in guest roles in TV shows, like 'I Dream of Jeannie' as well as 'The Flying Nun'. In the French film 'Love is a Funny Thing,' she played a supporting character. Her iconic poster of her in a red bikini became the most popular photo of her ever. In the following years she appeared on many other TV series and movies which contributed to her being regarded within the industry as a sex icon.
