Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, an American actor from America. Her first film role was in Bad Boys (1983). She then joined the Brat Pack, and later went to appear in the films WarGames, The Breakfast Club, and Short Circuit. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art won her the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading. Sheedy was got married to David Lansbury in April 1992. David Lansbury is the cousin and the son-in-law of Angela Lansbury. Edgar Lansbury created Godspell. Beckett Lansbury was born in 1994. Sheedy said she has learned a great deal from Beckett. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy, born June 13th, 1962 in New York City is an American film and stage actor. She has also written two books. She's best known for playing in the Bratpack movies The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club, a John Hughes Movie? The title "The Breakfast Club" as the film's title originates from an acronym some schools employ to detain students. Detention students would show up early in the day, probably during breakfast.
